Called the store a product that shows "in stock" online is NOT, thankfully calling ahead saved me an hour drive. However, the employee stated she wasn't sure why they would have anything online for them because they do not have a website, so, still a little confused.

I needed a few items for my daughters and decided to stop in. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. This store was new to me, so I was walking around a little lost. One of the nice ladies noticed me having trouble locating what I needed. She approached me and asked if I needed any help. While helping me, she was very engaging, knowledgeable of product placement, and even shared some tips! She was very friendly, professional, and had a great personality. She made me feel welcome and took her time to help me find everything I needed and then some even though she seemed to be very busy herself. I’d definitely come back and shop with Mina again. She’s great at what she does! Thank you!

Very overpriced and not ashamed of it!! manager told me that I will still buy! Yes I am a black woman searching for one item, just so happened to look online while in line at the store & saw that at Walmart has same item for $4.59 but $13.99 in b2b and this spot was just in my neighborhood.. basically showed me out .. I will take my business elsewhere.

This was my first time in this business The young lady at front register did greet me when I walked into the store, which was nice, but after I was done picking my one item up and headed to the cash register she was nowhere to be found. I stood around for a few moments before she came back to the register and started ringing me up. Afterwards, I asked for a military discount . I believe that is when the owner came up to apply the discount. What I did not like , was that the female manager/or store owner, did not greet me as a customer utilizing her business, she made NO eye contact, And did Not acknowledge me while I was standing at the register as she applied the discount. (If you want people to come back to your business, you might want to greet them or at least acknowledge them and

The store manager, Mena is so rude and needs to be fired. Myself along with other customers had come into this store recently and she is completely rude to customers, was on the phone during business hours and very dismissive of customers needing assistance. No manager should act in this manner towards customers. The store owner needs to step in and provide managerial training or hire someone new that’s more customer friendly if they want people to continue to patronize this business.
