There was an AI conference in the event space. A few hours before the event they sent a notification that they allowed to get in just with the personal ID. I didn't take my ID, but I have it in the phone as a photo. When I showed it they said we can't let you in with digital ID. So you notified visitors just few hours before and then said "sorry about that". Receptionist just look at the ID and I don't understand how it's different than digital ID. So I've just loosed time. I can't believe that organization can be so shitty in Amazon event space 😕

Great building with great events. A bit more on the tech bro side of things, but a lot of tech bros can be quite cool. Also, if you attend an event during work hours, Rayna at the main entrance desk downstairs is very personable and nice, greets, and is very polite and engaging if you have any questions.

Great meeting spot. Close to public transportation and smaller chance one may trip over a sidewalk sleeper.

Terrible management, rude people and security. Went there twice, everyone involved in managing this place is impossible to talk to. Ruins the experience every time.
