I had such a great experience at this nail salon that I genuinely felt refreshed walking out. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff greeted me right away and made sure I was comfortable, which set the tone for the whole visit. My nail tech was patient, detail‑oriented, and clearly skilled. She took her time shaping my nails exactly how I wanted and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure everything felt right. What really stood out was how gentle the service was — no rushing, no discomfort, and no feeling like I was being pushed through a busy schedule. UPDATE 2: After a week and a half the nails started peeling back to expose uncured nails. On one hand they have started popping off like press-on nails. The other is leaking nail polish/ peeling. Overall paid a lot for trash. 0/10 UPDATE 1: Considering I had had great experiences previously here, as well as, with the tech I had today, CALVIN who DID AN AMAZING JOB FIXING MY NAILS. Would love to work with him again. I have added new pictures of the new nails. Unfortunately I am told that won’t happen because I have been banned for leaving an honest review. I went back to Avi today after calling in about my issue to try and speak with management about what happened. The manager was far ruder than employees that cut and burned me repeatedly. This is my new favorite nail place in Jax! They always have someone available to service me because there is so many staff and chairs. The place is spacious and clean and they also have complimentary wine and water. I get my brows done there as well and they never miss! I always get so many compliments on everything they do.

I started coming here after my initial salon went up. I always felt the need to drive super far for a luxury experience until I found Avi Nail Spa. Right around the corner from my home. Everyone has top notch skills and so eager to satisfy your spa needs. My Favorite techs are Ken Johnson and Kathy on the brows!

Went here and paid $70 after they cut my toe nails way too low. Asked for them to cut a little bit he cut a whole lot. Then the acrylic they offered to put on to extend them was bulky. Came home and in less than 3 days the gel polish started peeling off. I feel robbed! $70 and the pedi was only $35 so what did I get other than time wasted.
