Had a Aveda hairspray bottle get clogged, no matter what I did the nozzle wouldn’t work. Had used quite a bit already, but Aveda swapped it out for me no issue. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

I deeply appreciate all their help in personalizing my hair health- from identifying the differences in thickening tonic vs invati ultra hair foam to discussing green vs non-green/eco-friendly ingredients. I find it very reassuring to have some as knowledgeable, experienced + warm-hearted like Pat to partner with to customize my hair healthcare to my lifestyle’s needs. I suffer from hair loss, but my job often requires me on the go with little downtime for myself. Jasmine was absolutely fantastic. She knows her product line so well she doesn't have to 'sell' anything. She put me perfectly at ease, answered all questions, went above and beyond to make sure we knew about perks and specials. She's a gem. I will definitely make appointments to get her from now on.

They get you into the store heavily advertising that they offer complimentary services but when you ask for one, they ask you to schedule multiple days ahead even though the store is empty. Pretty unfair, feels deceiving
