AV Nails & Spa # 2

There are such patient and talented nail artists at this salon who were able to design my daughter's full acrylic set. She absolutely loved the nails. They took their time to complete the nail art and were so kind! This was our second visit and had the same wonderful experience the first time we came. We were definitely pleased and the cost was worth the attention to detail and skill of the nail art. We will certainly be visiting again!

This was maybe the worse nail service I have ever received. No apex, nails look awful. I am cut up to the nines. I would never recommend this place to even my worse enemy.

The only reason I gave the shop 2 stars was because she did a good job on my nails. But didn’t care too much for her energy telling me I shouldn’t get beauty gel anymore. No!! younger woman the older man in there should learn how to do nails because he was the one that did them last and had gel all over my cuticles. Telling me what I should get. Lazy people. Also they have a bunch of cackling hens in this nail shop. Rude People! With some of them that shouldn’t even be doing nails. The older man was the worst on my nails the first time. One lady stared me down. Like she was either into me or was a judge mental weirdo. I believe the latter because she spoke in their language and said something and some laughed. Cowardly People! I had my nails done there for the second time and had horrible experience. The nail tech was so rough with my nails, I have sores around my nails that I can hardly wash my hands with water. I can’t pick up anything or fasten my seatbelt. Some of my nails are looking crooked . Will never go back there!

I don’t ever leave reviews especially negative but if this saves someone from the experience I had.. my daughter and I went in New Year’s Eve I got a full set and the older gentleman that did my nails did take his time but literally burned all of my fingers, instead of cutting my cuticles he used the machine that smooths down your nails. All of my fingers were burning and are still inflamed and red. He also just ripped out 2 hangnails instead of clipping them. I asked for coffin shape, showed a picture and ended up with this. They are super thick, square and bumpy. My daughter only got her toes painted and the total was $92. I’m sure they may have other great staff but the service I experienced was this particular man was awful.
