Customer Reviews
I requested medium-deep tissue and Mina did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend. This was my first time here. Atmosphere was relaxing and clean, but I agree that the lack of doors to the rooms allows for some distraction from the front desk like phone ringing/people coming in/out. Not terrible mind you, just takes you out of the immersion a little bit. Regardless, I will be coming back again sometime. Thanks again for the positive experience!
Got a massage at Asian spa and had requested a 60 min deep tissue massage. Even after requesting increasing the deep tissue pressure a couple times, the request was simply ignored, the focus was more of just applying the massage oil and get my job being done over ASAP. The massage was a waste of my monies. Tip is not a request - it’s a demand. Rude behavior in general and non-professional approach by ignoring what the client is saying. Given the observed attitude, I am definitely not going back and do not recommend it to anyone.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $80 for a massage that was average at best, and as soon as it ended, the masseuse looked at me and said, “Where’s the tip?” Not a question — a demand. Tipping is optional and should reflect the quality of the service, not something you shake customers down for. When I didn’t tip, they had the audacity to say, “Don’t ever come back.” Seriously? That’s your idea of customer service? That’s not a business — that’s a joke. You charge a premium price and then try to guilt-trip people into tipping, and if they don’t, you kick them out? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of places that treat customers with basic decency. This isn’t one of them. Avoid this place at all costs.
My shoulder was sore and tight and I went there asked for deep tissue , the therapist did stretch and deep tissue and trigger points on me and fixed the pain, very professional, I will go back again next week.
Very professional very calming & relaxing atmosphere, me and my husband have been coming for a while. The team is very polite and sweet It just feels like home Recommending for great relaxing session
