⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — Highly Recommend Emma! Emma gave my 4-year-old daughter her very first haircut (with bangs!) and it could not have been a better experience. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and so sweet the entire time — she made my little girl feel completely comfortable and special. Not only was the cut absolutely beautiful, she even took the time to dry and curl it, which made my daughter feel like a princess. 🥹 You can truly tell Emma cares about both the kids and the parents during such a big milestone moment. We will definitely be back for her trims — thank you for making her first haircut so memorable! 💕✂️

I had scheduled for a full balayage and toner. The appointment took WAY longer than expected which is understandable considering I have very long and think hair, however, I had a consultation before hand so they were aware of that factor. I had been told that the deposit was going to have to be charged to hold the appointment and that it will be 50% of what i owe. I was quoted $250 and that sounded perfect to me. In the end I was told that my total was $240 total AFTER the deposit making it a sum of around $350 all together, not knowing it was going to be $100 more than what I was told, my card was declined as I was $20 short. The shop closes at 8 yet I was there till 9, and i ended up telling the stylist she didn’t even need to style my hair due to the fact I have somewhere to be. My hair

I had a 4:30 appointment on Friday. Emma colored (balyage) and cut my hair. She was pleasant, but not overly chatty. Totally fine by me. She bleached my hair in kind of an odd way, placing the foil against my face while she brushed the bleach on. I’ve had my hair balyaged plenty of times, but this method just felt really strange to me. She mentioned my hair was thick and dense a couple times and I could tell it put her way behind schedule. I felt bad that her next client was delayed almost an hour due to my appointment. I have been to this salon a few times with another stylist and really enjoyed my experience. I’m hesitant to give this rating, but I was charged $70 more this time. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given lots of possible reasons by the stylist and receptionists (p
