Customer Reviews
I have been going to Asheville nails for years and have always appreciated their service and friendliness. Unfortunately my last visit on Friday was rushed. The technician at booth 8 layered polish before curing was done on each hand and by the morning all my nails look melted, wavy. I got these done ahead of a work conference and am embarrassed with how they look. I have tried contacting now that I’m out of town to ask for a refund or credit towards next visit when I return. Unfortunately their phone number rings straight to a message indicating no voicemail box set up. If the owner reads this, I would greatly appreciate a follow up to make things right. At this point I am sadly looking for another salon. Thank you.
I LOVE MY NAILS!!! They came out soooooo good!!!! Thank you for your kind service and hospitality 🙏🏾
Poor service! A middle aged Asian lady with glasses, was the one who did my pedicure and gel powder. She is very rude and dismissive. She doesn’t listen to requests and ignores questions. Her work with my finger nails gel powder was very very poor. Her filing and removal was very rough, doesn’t listen when told to be gentle. She gave me an irregularly shaped and unevenly colored nails. I do not recommend specifically her service. !!
Everyone was very polite and my pedicure was spectacular. I came in with long nails and was suppose to shape and keep longer but ended up being short- I was okay with it because I don’t mind short nails from time to time. However the dip was done horribly and for past 2 weeks they have been breaking off because they are so thin and over filing on the sides. I would’ve come back but stopped by as I was driving to chicago. I typically do my dip nails myself and first picture is the salon and second is my own work. Overall have a 3 star because they didn’t have an opportunity to fix it and everyone was kind and pedicure was great. Luckily I am self taught nail tech and going back to doing them myself. I cant afford $100+ for nails that didn’t even last 3 days and was dip!
my first and last time going there. Woman picked my finger until it bled, website said $35. I came prepared to pay that amount. She did not ask if I wanted gel or not (which this time I did NOT) I was charged $60 left eith a finger bleeding and nail polish all over my hand. It was very rushed and painful. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never had an experience like this.
