First time client and I won’t be returning. Didn’t ask me what I wanted and I realized when I got home that one of my eyebrows is not even cleaned up compared to the other one… $18 and I still need to fix it myself.

Best lash lift in the area, I’ve tried many places but artistic threading studio is by far the best. My lashes always look amazing for a few months. Highly recommended for the lash lift if you want it to last long!

She did some basic clean up and thought that I would be satisfied paying $18 for it. She also did not care that my brows were 2 different shapes. After some back and forth, and more tweaking she finally asked me what I wanted. Beauty service industry 101: Consultation is key and should be the first thing talked about when it comes to things like this. I’ve been coming to this same shop for over a year now so I assumed she knew what I wanted if she’s immediately having me lay down without talking to me. Brows are not an easy thing to hide if a mistake was made. DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOU without talking about what you want first. I always advocate for myself, so I didn’t leave until I was satisfied.

I’ve been seeing Sangya at Artisitc threading for a year now and she is the best at what she does. Always so personable and really takes her time to get the shape of my eyebrows perfect. I can go up to 3 weeks with out threading and maintain the perfect shape. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone to come and see Sangya for any of there threading services. The difference of threading your eye brows compared to waxing is significant and it is so much better for your skin. I've been getting services here for over 2-years. The owner and technician are friendly, professional and more importantly experienced. Very clean and I feel safe even during the pandemic. She took all the precautions to be able to operate. You are the only one in there with her and she sanitizes everything. I'm a regular now, every two weeks and I feel like a VIP. Support small local businesses, they need it!
