Arthur Sebastian Hair Salon

I've been getting my hair cut by Helen for 4-5 years (started seeing her at her previous salon). My hair is multi-textured and unpredictable, and I don't have much time to spend with it, so I need something that looks great, wash and go with minimal styling. Helen does a fantastic job with this, usually I get a dry cut, and her promise to give a cut that looks great between cuts has proven true. I get compliments even close to the time I need my next cut. She has a good balance of listening to what I want and making great suggestions that work well for me.

I’ve been going to Helen for the past four years since she was at YoYo Salon and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. Her consistency and skills are unmatched! Super talented, kind, and always has the best vibe in the salon. She always listens to what I want, offers great suggestions, and somehow my hair looks better every single time. She’s truly such a gem and SF is lucky to have her from New York.

Had my first haircut with helen and she was the best! Definitely the best salon I've gone to in San Francisco. From the start, Helen was so kind and accommodating - I came in for a cut, but she also gave me recommendations for my wedding hair, how to cut my hair in prep for that, and tips on how to manage my hair. Helen is super detailed and works magic. She had me turn my head, stand up, and ensured my hair looked good from every angle during our session. strongly recommend her - she's also so sweet and easy to talk to!

Flew into town for a week with family (with gray roots). My DIL recommended Arthur for cut and color and he did not disappoint. Covered my grays and tweaked my toner for a gorgeous color. Need to take back the formula! Very cute cut too. Highly recommend!
