Clean place, well-stocked, all the best brands for professionals to use including Kenra, Joico, Wella, Schwartzkopf, Goldwell, Babyliss, Amika, Varis, and more.

No exchanges or returns on hot tools unless it’s a factory defect. Accidentally purchased the wrong size iron and didn’t open it or anything, now I’m stuck with it. I’ve been shopping here for years and previously I did end up with an item with factory defect and I was only able to receive store credit for it, so I had to wait a week or so for another item to ship in. These policies are ridiculous and impractical, it seems like a trap to customers for no good reason.

My granddaughter is a licensed beautician and own a home here in OKC and an apt in San Diego. She asked me to pick up an order she called in, they said no, that her membership in San Diego did not work here in Oklahoma. So I drove out there for nothing.
