Aria Nail Bar

I was very satisfied with the quality of my nails when I got them done Sunday Jan 11. I mentioned my birthday was the following day on the 12th and it was my first time at the salon. They did not give me any sort of discount, but whatever. Two days later this (see pic below) started happening to the nails on my left hand. Yesterday, one of the nails broke off. I was disgusted to see how thick my nail is. They are supposed to Dremel down gel powder, anything they put on your nails. I realized my nails are decaying from the weight of the powder. Anything applied on my nail because they did not Dremel it down enough. I spent $70 and I am very disappointed. I haven’t had acrylic nails in years. I was very excited to get these on my birthday. Now debating on soaking them off in alcohol at home

I went to Aria Nail Bar wanting to try something new and explained that clearly from the start. I opted for builder gel because I was told it could be filled instead of needing a full new set each time. I specifically asked for short almond nails with a milky polish. What I received was not what was explained or shown to me. I was shown a clear builder gel set with painted tips, but during the service a translucent/colored builder gel was used instead, and then painted over with gel polish. This distinction was never explained before the process began, which caused confusion—especially since I had already asked whether fills could be done with any color. Today, I am pleased with my experience at Aria Nail Bar. Though, Tony is truly a valuable treasure in Pedicure customer service. I was scheduled with Tina (very sweet and kind) for my Pedicure and Vio (professional and creative) for my Acrylic fill and color. It went very well. I would highly recommend Aria Nail Bar for their wonderful customer service driven care of their clients. Thank you to the owner for reaching out. Hope to see you guys next time.

1) I waited forever for a walk-in. 2) The nail tech nicked me twice-- once with a nail filer, once with the machine. 3) They charge for extensions and length. I could've gotten this dip for $50 but they charged me $62. 4) I have to buff out the rough edges of my nails. 5) I have dip powder residue on my fingers that cured on my skin itself? I wished I liked the place more but my experience was :c . At least the nails turned out pretty.

The first couple of times I went here the service was great! I even brought my husband for pedis! I was happy to come here, and be serviced while I enjoyed a nice drink and friendly service. However, the last time was my final time. I always make an appointment and keep my appointment. The last couple of times, I’ve had to wait 20 min for my nail tech. This final time I called them 2 hours before my appointment time to inform them I would be 10 minutes late. I arrived 9 minutes late to find him in the beginning stages of another person’s nails. I waited 40 minutes for him to finish and rush through my set. I asked the owner, how much longer will he be? She rudely said calm down, he’s almost finished. Excuse me?
