I’ve been to this salon before and had a good experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. A couple of weeks ago, I received a French gel manicure with builder gel on one nail and was charged $45. This time, I again requested a French gel polish and only wanted builder gel on one nail. I did not ask for a full manicure service. However, builder gel was applied to every single nail without asking me first. I did not receive a manicure this time — no soaking or hand massage — yet I was charged $70 at checkout. That is a significant and unexplained price increase for essentially the same service, minus the actual manicure portion. Aqua Nails in Port Orange is my go-to nail salon, and it’s conveniently located right next to Publix, which makes it easy to pop in while running errands. It's straight off 95. One of the things I really appreciate is their quick turnaround time—even when they’re busy, the wait usually isn’t long, and they work efficiently without sacrificing quality. The salon is exceptionally clean, and the environment is always friendly and welcoming. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in, and the atmosphere feels both professional and relaxed. I’ve never made an appointment—I'm more of a walk-in customer—but I’ve noticed that they are great at honoring appointment times for those who book ahead. Pedicure with paraffin wax and gel was honestly the best vacation pedicure EVER!!! Megan is so talented if you are blessed to get an appointment for her gel nail art, you will definitely be impressed by her artistry! Amy, so sweet and kind, did my daughter's pedicure for a lovely mother & daughter pedicure. It was a spontaneous decision and they were so gracious to take us late, just before closing and stayed late but still delivered the most excellent service. When I'm ever in the Daytona Beach area, I'll be back 🥰

Megan the nail technician is wonderful. She will suggest new designs to try. I had the new Cats eye nail polish. It was beautiful. I would not have known about it if she had not suggested. She does nail art also. Just bring in a picture and she can do it! Who knew lol. More shops need to offer nail art.

Amy is the absolute best! And Megan is super talented.I will only go to this nail salon. I won’t go anywhere else. Service is excellent and the skill is unmatched. You won’t be disappointed 💅❣️
