I had a session with Janis last week and I was truly impressed by her expertise in sports injury and therapeutic massage. I went in with tingling down my arm, neck tension, and rhomboid pain, and she knew exactly how to treat each issue in a way that brought real relief. I usually can’t work out two days in a row because muscle tension triggers headaches, but after my session with Janis I felt so good that I was able to work out the very next day with no problems at all. Truly a special human Janis is. She really cares about her clients and has helped me A LOT. You do not find people like her anymore in my opinion. She really understands the human body, way muscles function. She is well educated and continues to expand her knowledge. I came initially for neck issues but after 3 sessions with her my symptoms are going away. Now able to move onto other problem areas which is awesome. Highly recommend her!

After a knee injury, I wanted to find a sports massage therapist that will help me alleviate some of my pain and body discomfort. I had a great experience. Janis is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I felt comfortable and she constantly checked the pressure strength she was using to massage me. I will be coming back soon.

I went in this afternoon for a 60 minute session and I can easily say that it was the best massage I've ever had! Janis's 17 years of experience and dedication to incorporating her continuing education into her practice certainly shows throughout your session, but her professionalism and kindness put her leagues above any other practitioner I've seen. Don't let her stature fool you, she's fully capable of the DEEPEST deep tissue massage you could ask for, and she is incredibly responsive to your individual needs. The atmosphere was clean, soothing, and friendly. I literally could not have had a better experience.

Janis is one of the best massage therapists we have ever had. We have group gatherings at our place and she is amazing at being able to massage many people in one day. Her stamina is unbelievable and she tailors each massage to the needs of the customer. She is also so friendly and a pleasure to be around. We cannot wait for this lockdown to be over so we can resume our massage parties.
