I was able to schedule a massage with Dean within 24 hours for something I needed tended to quickly. He was thorough, had great bedside manner, and addressed all my questions / concerns with patience and detail. Will definitely be booking with him again!

I've been to see Dean four times now and he is truly talented. Technically he's very very good, but he's also intuitive, and that can make or break a good massage therapist for me. I've been looking for a new practitioner in NC and after trying about 5-6 people, I finally found Dean and couldn't be happier. I love that he offers a blend of Thai and table (that's my dream) and that you can customize your sessions. He listens to your needs and lets you guide the session, and is also just so genuinely kind... you can tell he really cares about his clients overall well-being. Highly recommended for sure.

I’ve been going to Fernanda at Apex Retreat for 15 years and she never disappoints me. I love that she Taylor’s my appointments to my needs. She truly cares about me as an individual and it’s obvious she has a passion for her work. I also love that she gives me “homework” AKA Stretches between visits so that I can feel my best. I’ve been looking for a new masseuse for over a year since mine moved away. After reading reviews I scheduled with Lia, I have found my new place. Lia gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I have been EXTREMELY stressed the last 3 months and I left feeling lighter, and completely relaxed. Lia hit every spot I was carrying stress in . I will be getting regular massages from her from now on and recommending her to everyone.

I was having a hard time looking for a place to get a massage, considering I had just moved from NYC in August and needed to find new places for everything. I usually get a massage around my birthday to treat myself, and I waited a little too late to make an appointment at other places a friend had recommended. This place was on my list of considerations that I found myself.
