Technicians NEED TO LEARN HOW TO LISTEN what customer wants!!!!Took my daughter in for eyebrow clean up. My girl has beautiful thick eyebrows. Specified to the lady that we just want clean up do not touch eyebrows. She made them thin. My daughter left in tears from the place. Zero stars.

These girls are amazing! Even though the mall closes early now they were able to take me at the end of the day-I was very grateful they were so accommodating. They always so a great job and are friendly and professional. This is my preferred spot for hair threading. Prices are fair and the salon is clean and well maintained. I travel to the mall just to see them!

Horrible service! Went in for henna and it came out horrible. Nothing I mean nothing like the picture I showed her. Me and my cousin are so unhappy. And for the price. Wow just a shame. Don't offer a service you don't know how to do!!!!!!! I'd NEVER go there not even for eyebrows

I have sent to a different browser place and they did henna that was orange. This place made my brow look natural and it was not orange color at all. She shaped them nicely and she was fast.

First time getting threading done. It was a great experience and took little to no time. The person that helped me was very kind and polite the entire time.
