I have never experienced something this unprofessional during a service, especially one as intimate as a Brazilian wax. This was my first Brazilian, and instead of creating a calm, supportive environment, Meena became visibly agitated and began loudly ranting about political issues related to her home country, then she began yelling. Her tone escalated to the point where it felt aggressive. I was lying exposed on the table during this. I expressed that I was uncomfortable, and I had to be the one to regulate her emotions, while she stopped speaking so loudly and intensely, the energy in the room shifted in a way that felt tense and hostile for the remainder of the appointment. Love her!! She makes you very comfortable and gets right down to business. Service is also quick and efficient. Today is my second appointment because I don’t want to go to another person for a wax! I had a bad experience (my own fault) getting waxed in 2019 so this was a great reintroduction. My body is extremely sensitive so this is definitely my go-to place for now
