I walked in at 10am today & was told they had a 11am appointment available so I took it. All I needed was a gel removal, no manicure! I sat there for 40 minutes and was told at 11:10 it wouldn’t be long. That was totally unacceptable. I’m here helping my dad take care of my dying mother & my time out is very limited and valuable! I’m not getting my nails done I just wanted the gel off so I can do them at home myself. What really got me is the older lady that runs the counter is so rude. I asked her when I got there if they took tips on credit cards & she said yes. When I went to pay she took my card and I said where do I put the tip, she said oh you should have told me before I ran the card it’s too late! How about you ask your customers if they want to tip on the card if the system is se

Had a great manicure & pedicure at Angela’s! The foot and leg massage was so relaxing . They are very professional and make your nails look so nice . If I lived in the area , I would be a regular.
