Great place always clean great people always listened to how we wanted our haircut and if we weren't sure always just sad and made suggestions and didn't just cut without making sure we were going to be happy with our decision very happy very satisfied always going there never had a bad experience! And the price is always perfect and never felt any pressure to tip more than we could no matter how big or small!! Very professional not one bad thing to say! Very highly recommended

Honestly was very disappointed and thrown off. I asked the hair dresser if she could do a specific haircut with a photo reference and she said she could. I was not satisfied with the outcome of the haircut and it was nothing like the photo reference. The hair dresser did not clean her tools after the client before me and all her cutting utensils were sitting in piles of hair from previous clients. Not only did I pay for the haircut and tipped but I had to go to the barber and get it fixed. Cleanliness was a 2/10 and I wish she would of been more honest on her ability to do the haircut rather than acting like she could

Great place. Reasonable prices. Receptionist is so nice. Sam best stylist. She takes a few minutes to listen to what you want. I've been a few times and have always been extremely satisfied. I've had many people ask who does your hair? Will keep returning even though it's a drive from Lee ma.

Appointments do not Mean anything. So I have gone there twice before and was ok with everything. This last time I made an appointment for 2:15pm and showed up about 2:10pm. The Samm who was supposed to cut my hair came up to counter looked in book and said that someone else would be cutting my hair and it will be another 20 to 30 minute wait is that ok. I said "No, it is not ok". Then she just said "sorry" and turned her back on me and walked away. To just be that nonchalant about the it. No when can we reschedule then, nah! I will never be bring my family there again. Customer service seriously. Went home and Tore up her business card, never again.

I’m so looking forward to tomorrow. I’ll get my hair cut for the third time by Sasha at Angela’s Hair Salon in Westfield, MA. For over 50 years, I’ve been responsible for how my hair looks and who will help me take care of it. I have never found anyone better than Sasha. I’m not kidding. I have baby-fine hair that likes to curl on the sides but not on top. I keep it short so that it has at least a little body. It looks best with highlights that are bright, but still natural looking. The way Sasha cuts and highlights my hair brings all this together beautifully! For styling, she twists sections of hair then cuts it, which creates an uncountable multitude of layers.
