Used too much nail glue which got in my nail bed. Also she cut too much cuticle off. She was very rough with me often hitting my hands when I moved and squeezing super tightly. When I let the woman with glasses know my concerns, she told me I was being “too picky”. She kept complaining and speaking negatively towards me. So much that I had to ask her to stop talking to me that way. It was a really unpleasant experience and I won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because I did like the location a lot but the service was so terrible.

I decided to give this place a shot, it’s located in my office parking lot. I had a manicure and pedicure here. I typically use a different color for my nails and toes, but decided to use the same color this time. As the nail person was painting my nails I said I think the polish is old and I was assured that it was fine. As I was sitting under the dryer I noticed my naIls had bubbles all over them (hands and feet). I said something and it was dismissed. The polished never dried, it was clumpy and I had to remove the polish the next morning. I called the location and let them know that my nails looked so terrible, there was no shine, the polish was thick, bubbly and never dried. I was told they would take care of it. I was in the car headed for vacation and was unable have my nails redone

I was recommending this place by a friend. Plus they are having a holiday special- 50%. Literally a huge plus! I can't believe how amazing Joy was with my nails. Been over 5 years since I had my nails done professionally. Extremely pleased and happy with what I got done!

I had a great pedicure here, but am hesitant to leave a glowing review. I decided to try a gel powered manicure, I usually just do regular gel. One of the nails chipped the next day, which I was a little upset about being that it was a 50 dollar job and is supposed to last longer. I called a few days later (it was a holiday weekend) and they were so nice about it and told me to come in to get it fixed. That being said, the end result was pretty terrible. The color does not match and it looks way too thick. I can feel the difference in the thickness and it makes my finger feel tight. The women there are so so nice, but I am a little upset that the woman who fixed my nail would let me leave like this, when it clearly looks different

I found my favorite salon in town. Pedicures are so good. I bring my dad and mom and they are so good with them paying special attention to their aging feet. Very friendly. They are very clean and also still give you a shoulder massage when your nails are drying. Most places don’t do the massage anymore.
