Veronica is very sweet, did a wonderful job on my toenails, and her prices are great!

I’ve had Veronica cancel on me twice and twice she’s arrived to my appointment late. I understand things happen but when you’re 1 hour late and show up with no excuse, that’s just ridiculous. I texted her 5 minutes after my appointment time and received no response. I called, no answer. I text again 20 minutes after my appointment time and she finally responded that she’s on her way but it’ll be a couple before she gets there … those were her exact words. To the most normal person, “a couple” doesn’t mean 40 minutes later. So now that she was 1 whole hour late, I couldn’t even get a manicure and pedicure because I had an appointment afterwards so I only had enough time for a pedicure. To make matters worse… when I originally made the appointment, her prices were lower. She waits until she’
