I have been getting my hair done for my whole life and I have different experiences with different stylist across the board and the experience I had with Yasmin was the worse experience ever. She is an extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and a malicious hairstylist. She does not respect her clients at all and is a money hungry and careless hairstylist. The first red flag occurred when I tried to book an appointment over the phone and she bad mouthed another client to me. The next red flag was how late she was for the appointment time that she requested that was outside of my specified time. She has animals in the salon and did not bring that up which is unprofessional and unacceptable especially for individuals who have allergies. She also talked down on my previous hairstylist a

To give some context, I am Asian with straight, coarse hair. It was apparent that the stylist has never worked with straight hair because of the way the installation was done. The micro beads were easily ripped out, coming out even when simply brushed. I spent $200+ on these extensions, just for them to last for approximately 24 hours. I'm not sure how other services are, but if you have straight or fine hair, this is not the place for you. I am extremely disappointed and honestly just in shock. I'm so in shock that I'm not even upset about the sheer amount of money that was wasted.

I had a very smooth experience booking a last minute appointment. Yasmin was extremely professional, efficient, and completed my braids in a short amount of time. I'm not one who enjoys spending hours sitting in a chair and I appreciate that Yasmin is fast and detail oriented. She truly is a magician and I look forward to booking with her again.

My daughter had box braid with long extensions done here and it was the fastest she has ever had her hair braided! Excellent service.
