Cheryl Nina Salon & Day Spa

I had my first appointment today at the Cheryl Nina Salon for eyelash extensions with Andrea. I would like to say firstly, that the environment immediately walking into the salon was very friendly. It was clean, well-kept, bright and the staff was extremely inviting (which was so refreshing, as I've been to my fair share of cold and uninviting salons). I was immediately greeted by the lovely girls at the counter and shortly after met with Andrea. I cannot recommend her enough! She was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeable in her field which was very comforting. I have had extensions before by two other professionals, however they have never come out as amazing as they did today - I am so so impressed! Needless to say I booked my refill appointment with her and will be looking into

Felt at home immediately with their great attitudes and willingness to wait, while I was running late. Place is super clean and I can’t wait to try the many services they provide. I love my new hair cut! The stylist (sylvio) was funny and very considerate of my feelings towards this new change!!!! Will be coming back no doubt.

Had a facial with Nicole of Wildflower Esthetics inside Cheryl Nina Salon and it was so amazing and relaxing. Easy online booking, easy parking. Highly recommend.

I can't comment on the service because of their complete disregard for punctuality. After being told to arrive early, I waited more than 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. Terrible customer service, respect your customers by being punctual. Update: The team at Cheryl Nina reached out to me and apologized for running behind schedule. They also found time for me to come back in and get a new appointment at a lower rate. I truly appreciate their professionalism in dealing with the situation and their service was also excellent. Thank you!

I have had my hair highlighted there many times and have been very happy with my hair. However, the last time I had my hair highlighted, it was yellow. New stylist- maybe new to the profession, but my hair was solid yellow. When I called, first they tried to blame me because I asked the stylist to not blowout my hair, then the told me to go out and purchase purple shampoo. I actually did, but my hair was just too yellow :(. Just a bummer.
