Amazing Nails and Spa

I recently visited for a gel manicure, which was the fastest appointment I’ve ever had. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. My cuticles were not even trimmed or cleaned, as evident in the accompanying photo. The polish had bubbles, likely due to the fact that my hands were never exposed to the UV light for more than 30 seconds. Additionally, the polish was uneven, with some areas appearing thicker on the edges. I spent a maximum of 10 minutes in the chair before my nails were completed. I promptly sent a message requesting a refund, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. Considering the $55 price tag for a manicure, I expect to have my cuticles taken care of, my nails shaped uniformly, and not feel rushed out of the salon. .

Tracy did my nails today and she was AMAZING!!! She was super quick (which I prefer) and she literally did my nails perfectly. She even asked how thick I wanted my acrylic (which was a nice surprise because I am a housecleaner and like mine just a little thicker for durability). Everyone else getting their nails done beside me were laughing and enjoying themselves. It was a great and welcoming experience. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I just had the best pedicure I’ve had recently! This nail spa just so happens to be the closest to our home and they were able to get me in within an hour of calling. The pedicure was just over an hour and a half; I chose the new rose-scented jelly pedicure with regular polish. I really liked the sensory feeling of the warm pink jelly foot bath. They provided with a delicious Thai iced tea to enjoy while I had my toes done. The pedicure was thorough, including callus remover, paraffin wax, and the whole nine yards. The woman who took care of me was very kind and welcoming. The prices were very fair for the amount of care they put into their work, exceptional customer service is clearly their goal. I go here for my nails often, and Tracy always does an amazing job! So good at design and my nails always last a long time even though I use my hands a lot for my jobs :) I definitely recommend Tracy!
