Amazing Lash Studio Wayne

The studio was so clean! This was my first visit after my original location closed. The manager Jackie was EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to fix all that was ruined in my account from some level of system glitch. She worked super hard to put her client first and I couldn’t be more grateful. My first visit, I saw Diana. She was truly so sweet and talented. The moment I saw my fresh set of lashes I said “wow”. She took her time and made sure they were perfect and matched! They held up so great, and I’m excited for my next session for my fill😊 The girls in the front are very sweet and always ready to help with any issues or simple service of booking. Truly a wonderful experience!!

I absolutely love this lash studio! The team is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. My lashes look amazing every time, and they last beautifully until my next fill. I’ve been coming every two weeks, and the consistency and quality are always top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous, natural-looking lashes with great service!

Love this studio <3 Have been a member since 2020 and throughout the years the staff has gone above and beyond to keep my lashes flawless. My taste preferences have changed throughout this time and, my lash map has evolved quite a bit but, amazing lash has always been very accommodating. I had a bunch of fallout throughout the holidays this year and Jacquie did everything she could to get me in at my requested time, moving other clients around and making the entire process super easy AND all via text so not only was it efficient, it was convenient! Love this place, been doing my lashes since 2013 in many places including Miami and New York City, but this amazing lash studio really gets it right.

The reason why I keep going back to Amazing Lash Studio is because they truly live up to their name! I’m always getting complimented on my lashes, they deliver exactly what I want every time—beautiful long Lucious lashes while making them look natural. Drew is truly talented and so is the rest of the team in the studio I never leave disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. After following all aftercare instructions, I experienced significant lash loss within just a few days of my appointment. Three days after the service, a large section of lashes had fallen out, leaving them uneven. By the fourth day, even more had fallen, which is not typical based on my previous experiences at other studios. I paid for the top set with volume if im not mistaken . I called the studio twice and left a voicemail explaining the issue, but I never received a follow-up. However, I did receive an automated text reminding me about my two-week refill. The lack of response, combined with the poor retention of the lashes, was disappointing and unprofessional. Leaving 2 stars because the only service that was good was my eyeb
