Truly a horrific experience. I was a loyal customer for two years and supported this salon consistently — tipping generously, listening to stories about their family, and genuinely believing this was my neighborhood spot. That ended abruptly when the male owner screamed at me for simply asking whether there would be a wait, despite having an appointment. There is absolutely no justification for speaking to a paying customer that way. His wife later called to apologize and said he was “having a bad day,” but that is not an excuse for aggressive, unprofessional behavior. A bad day does not entitle someone to berate a client. The level of disrespect was shocking and completely unacceptable. Beyond the appalling customer service, the salon is overpriced for what it offers. I will never retu

Horrible customer service. No priority for hygiene. I called before arrival and inquire about the cost to remove acrylic set and get gel nail polish on natural nails. The man on the phone said $65.00 for everything. Upon arrival I was not asked to wash my hands it was a Saturday afternoon the place was empty but I had to wait at least 10 mins to be service, the work area was not clean and the electric filer was wrapped in gray tape and did not worked so he asked to move to another station. He proceeded to file the acrylic and then put one small bowl of acetone with hot water under to soak both of my hands. He walked away to the register to use his cell phone, his coworker rudely stated I must be patient when I asked how long do they recommend soaking my hands. He then proceeded to use the

Terrible Service! Definitely NOT going back! I went to this place on Tuesday because it was near home and I didn’t like the experience from the beginning to the end. I called if they had any availability first, just to make to sure before going and losing my time and the guy responded me so rudely “that’s why you have to make an appointment!” Which it’s totally understandable but that’s why I was calling first to make sure. When I arrived to that place the guy did my nails was the same one who responded me on the phone, he didn’t square my nails properly! They’re uneven and I asked him for a simply tiny French, then when I saw what was doing I wanted to change my mind and he was trying to charge me more even tho he was just starting! I ended up paying $90 for these nails uneven that didn’t

This is a Pretty salon but their costumer service and there ability to keep the integrity to my healthy nails just isn’t there. One month ago, I came into a lower nails to receive an overlay on nails that I have had healthy growing and receiving overlays on for the last year. Due to me being in a rush and on the phone when the nail tech use the drill to drill underneath of my overlay, I didn’t really think anything of it. However, when I went to have the acrylic removed and a fresh polish set while taking the nails off in a professional Nail setting two nails broke. My tech at Illinois nails Henry had completely ruined my integrity of my nails with his drillbit, and when I came to report it afterword, he disregarded me as well as Miss Anna. The nail salon is nice however clearly they don’t
