WONDERFUL atmosphere! Nikki and her staff are so professional and always meet my needs and know exactly what I want done each time! I love going in there and feeling welcome each time! I have never had a better massage therapist than Crystal. I leave there feeling so relaxed, relieved, and whole. Definitely helps me to keep my blood pressure down. She is such a pleasant person and very professional and kind. I love having Farha do my hair. She does magic with my fly away, baby-fine hair. It’s so enjoyable just talking with her while she does her work. She’s very personable and talented.

I've changed my review due to the fact that they do not answer their phone, nor do they call back after a message is left on their answering machine. I have left several messages, but after 2 months I gave up and went somewhere else.

I have been coming to this salon for as long as I can remember! Even when my husband and I moved out of state I would still come back to VA to have Starla Ingraham cut and color my hair! Great ladies! great salon!
