I had an amazing experience at Alluna Skin Care! The facilities are absolutely gorgeous—clean, modern, and so relaxing. Rose, in particular, was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. After my treatment, my skin felt incredible—soft, rejuvenated, and glowing like never before. I highly recommend Alluna for anyone seeking a luxurious skincare experience with a staff that truly cares!

I've been going here for a couple years but today I called about being late and the owner was really rude. She hung up on me and when I called back she didn't want to take accountability. It really hurts to have the owner talk to people like the way she spoke to me. Alie thank you for your service.

Really good experience. Had a signature facial done and it was relaxing. I believe I had Kacey, who was friendly and knowledgeable, she walks you through every step and at the end she helps talk your through the products they offer but gives no pressure to buy any extras! I took off one star because when I have a facial, I prefer having the steam machine prior to extraction to help moisturize my face and open my pores. At Alluna, they use a hot pack thing on your face, and even she said my pores were still pretty closed up. Just a personal preference. Also, I was asking for kind of specific recommendations of products based on my skin type, but she gave more generalized recommendations and told me products are all based on my preference. I prefer when an aesthetician can recommend an item

I recently starting going to Alluna Skin Care and I can’t see myself going elsewhere. I’ll admit, I have found other places where their prices are somewhat lower than Alluna’s but there services are nowhere close to as amazing. Alia is awesome. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and she gave me the best experience. I haven’t had the chance to be with the other ladies but I’m sure they are just as great!
