Hello Fatima, I just wanted to let you know that all my friends appreciate the style you made me. I am in East coast now and enjoying all the attention. Truly this ladies there are true professional. The salon is big, yes really big. She is very professional. If you want to get your money worth, do not look any further. A friend of my recommended me there after seeing that Senegalese twist was falling off. I first went to a salon thinking it was the one. I did single braid and a few weeks later when we met she said these braids don't like that from the shop I go to. Girl, she was right. I can say with confidence that she was so dead right. All styles braiding is very unprofessional. Never sell your reputation for a dollar. I will post pictures of what I paid $200.00 for, after sitting for 5 hours. I would never recommend this business. I think that anyone would be extremely unhappy with the results. I paid Fatima $200.00 the price that she quoted me. Why are you saying that I did not pay full price for my hair? I live by my values an I do what's right, Shame on you for fabricating the truth, a picture is worth a thousand words. I got my hair done two days ago and was going back to the website to book another appointment. I got these tiny knotless braids that went a little past my butt, and I was there for several hours my hair came out great and the service was perfect too. While browsing reviews, I saw one that caught my eye, and the photos underneath made me realize that the client sitting right next to me was the one who left it. She came in after me, and the hairdresser did her hair in the style she wanted the first time. But this client has really thin hair, and the hairdresser still did it anyway. She didn't like it, so the hairdresser took everything down and tried again. She still wasn’t happy, even after hours of work. Finally, on the third try, the hairdresser finished and the client looked in the mirro

I got cornrows done on my natural hair and it ripped my hair out. It was done so extremely tight in the back, to the point where I had a headache for days and had to manually redo the back myself to alleviate the pain. When I reached out to the stylist to ask for a discount or at the very least a redo for free, I was completely ignored and left on delivered. I do not recommend. Not professional or gentle with hair at all.

Absolutely loved this place! Came to get some box braids done and got superb service from start to finish. They were easily contactable via phone, clear on price and happy to answer questions. They even and went the extra mile in getting and supplying the particular extensions I needed. The actual braiding was also fantastic! They took down my old braids efficiently, did an amazing job in washing and reconditioning my hair, and the braids were on point and look amazing. Rounded off the process with generously massaging in some leave in conditioner. If I’m in the Bay Area again, they would be my go to stylist. I’ve been to a lot of different stylists, and they’re honestly a cut above. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
