African Braids Lover

Very unprofessional business owner!! I texted about availability which she confirmed 9:30am and told me the price. I called her less than half hour later to ask about the hair extensions (she did not answer). I then stopped at the beauty supply to buy extensions then walked to her shop only for it to be closed. I then called her again and she said she had left already to take care of other things. This is after I paid for parking. I will never recommend this braider to my coworkers and friends. Worst experience of my life. Edit: you are such a terrible liar. You did not wait 45minutes. Trying to justify such terrible manners is really obtuse!

Very unprofessional business. The owner is so rude. I got to her shop early and 2 children were in there unsupervised. first red flag. Then, while doing my hair I asked her “what size is this” and she answers with “what size do you think it is.” So unnecessarily rude, so guess what? You won’t be getting my business ever again and i’ll be sure to spread the word. Stay away ladies.

I change my opinion .... I have someone who braids my hair and I know because she told me she don't have a lot of experience of braids.... and when when she finished I was really happy but I hadn't seen the details and I have years of experience and my hair is very good for braiding and I reported it to at least have compensation if I came back but I wrote and I didn't get any response.... apart from telling me that my braids lasted 2 or 4 weeks it was normal I don't pay 200 dollars for that whereas my braids normally I keep them at least 2 months so very disappointed

The symmetry is excellent in the parts. The time is super fast and efficient. Hair loss that comes from combing and braiding is minimal if any at all, maybe a ball that when rolled together is the size of my thumbnail. I've been coming every time I need my hair done and I do not plan to stop. I love the styles, and the careful details. This is my spot!

I visited Laetitia 2 months ago for my first ever box braids. I have a lot of hair but she worked quickly and neatly. My braids came out so beautiful and exactly like the inspo pics I showed her. I’ve literally been stopped several times in the street by women asking me where I got my hair done. I’m so happy to recommend this salon every time. I’m at the 2 month mark and my braids still look neat and amazing. I can’t wait to go back to this great salon for my next braids.
