Affinity Nails EATONTOWN

I’ve been here a few times and had great service but today I was very dissapointed. The only reason why they get two stars is that they fit me right in for an appointment, but I’m pretty sure it’s because their nail techs are sub par and people don’t want to go there anymore. I had a dip manacure done and it looks like a child shaped my nails. They nicked my cuticles twice, didn’t even appologize. The nail tech didn’t have me wash my hands before applying lotion; so they got dip powder all over. Overall disappointed that I wasted $50 here.

nail tech was extremely ruff, still felt that paid the next day. The nail polish is all over my nails beds, (left my nail bed/cuticles in really ruff shape) i have thick pieces of acrylic under my nails and the acrylic is already breaking apart after 4 days. Overall the design was cute.. just messy and ruff

Stopped by as a walk in. Soum attended to me right away. He listened to my requests and did a great job on my nails. I would definitely recommend and plan on returning for a pedicure. Color: #77 Service: Gel on my natural nails Shape: Square with sharp edges

Omg... I'm originally from NYC.. moved to NJ 4yrs ago... didn't know any good nail salon here so I would make the trip constantly to NYC (biweekly) until one of the staff from this place shops where I work and recommended for me to try it and let me tell you I STOP GOING TO NYC. Lol... been going there for 6months now and I love it. Genesis is my nail girl she's the best. They do walk in but its best to book an appointment. As you can tell I get my nails done once a month yup that's how good she does them My boss goes to her as well.

Thank you Sam for getting me back together. I would recommend Sam, he is very nice and makes you feel welcomed. I was a walk in and needed my nail fixed for a meeting. He took his time, was very engaging and made my first trip here very comfortable. Which is why he earned a customer. I just left and he did a whole new set and took his time giving advice or input to assist me in making a decision if color and style I was comfortable with. If you want a nail technician that will talk with you, take time to make sure you are completely satisfied while exemplifying customer servicing being top priority go to Sam!!
