Beach Bum Tanning

Came in at 4:47 for a 12 min tan. The girl at the front desk told me they close at 5:00 and couldn’t take me. Terrible customer service.

I came here yesterday (Eatontown) for the first time and it was such a great experience! I came to write a review because the girl who helped me at the desk last night was amazing!! I wish I asked her name 😪 I asked so many questions and she walked me through all the pricing, beds, and was just soo genuine! I have been tanning but just moved here so I needed a new salon. Then I get in the bed and the one I went in mists while you’re tanning. I didn’t even know that existed. 😱 I can’t wait to come back! 💕💕

My experience going to the Eatontown beach bum has been very positive compared to other stores I’ve been too! The girls are extremely sweet, and helpful whenever you have a question. I had a problem with my account and I spoke to their assistant manager. She was very nice and she helped me immediately.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of New Year's Eve preparations in the city, I inadvertently left my wallet at home. Upon arriving at BeachBum Tanning in Eatontown, the manager , though engaged with a friend a the front desk, acknowledged my presence as I entered. After accessing my account and verifying the room number, she mentioned a brief delay, approximately five minutes, to clean the room. Furthermore, she informed me that the establishment's payment policy accepts only credit cards or exact change, and was unable to provide change for my $100 bill. Consequently, I visited the nearby nail salon to break the bill and returned to find the room still unclean.
