The associate Lisa has an attitude every time I am here. Last time she was on her phone talking while myself and another customer were in store. I needed one item so I was quick. To do my transaction she did not get off the phone or pause her conversation. This was not the company phone, as I saw her EarPods. Extremely rude. If you need something go to Englishtown or edison.

As a busy stylist, sometimes I need to call in my order and run and pick it up. These girls that work in Eatontown, NJ are kind, wonderful, sweet, helpful! Not just once but always. Always greeted when I walk in. I recently needed a product and kept calling to see if it was in. Turns out my product never came in and I desperately needed it. I was in a panic… Sarah took the time to call me back and offered some samples she had to get me through until the product came in. I would have had to reschedule my clients had she not done that. Most of the shelves were empty, especially the nail products aisle. Disappointing and wasted trip.
