We had a terrible customer service experience with this company. We purchased their red light panel - it didn't even come with a way to appropriately position it above the client and was way too close to their face. We tried it a couple of times, but had to stop each time because of client's complaining about the intensity. When we attempted to return, we were told that there is no return policy and that we should purchase ADDITIONAL equipment to be able to dim the product. Even though it's under warranty, they would still not help us. I do not recommend this company or their products. They are saying it's the wrong company in their response to the review - the image shows it was them.

This store is so unorganized and horribly managed. They send or charge the wrong items which I find ridiculous. I used to work in retail/ shipping department and trust me it is not that difficult to do the job correctly. Also, your online store stock never being up to date and having to call instead ( which ends up getting messed up) is unprofessional. Please do better Edit: after my review they had people they know add five stars to balance my one star review, literally within a day or two. Just an fyi- so many people complain about your store and how it’s run. I’m just the only one so far that let you all know on here.

Excellent store. I only buy my supplies from here. The prices are reasonable and very clean place and professional customer service. Thank you I buy for my work and for personal use. I don't use any other products other then from here

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to meet all my business needs. From the owners to Managment down to the nice ladies that take my orders. Business is ran by passionate people and it shows. Iv never been disappointed with their machines. I love their aftercare line.

This place is amazing and the staff is always so helpful in retrieving the items needed. It’s unfortunate about the supply issues that is out of their control but they do their absolute best to make sure that I get what I need any and every time!!!! 🙏🏻
