I always have positive experience in this store! They’re all so nice and helpful figuring out the skincare i need for my skin condition which works 100% all the time. I love the customer service and just the overall effectiveness of the products. I would definitely give them 5 star for sure, I just wish they’d stop mentioning a price of when not asked respectfully just for future reference because believe it or not, i can afford the whole store 😊.

Popped in for the usual. Was given tea, materials to read, and samples tailored to me. Adore this brand and being taken care of. More intimate, hands-on than other stores. Elegant and engaging

Had a great first visit to Aesop. The store was calm and welcoming. Eliana was excellent, she was very knowledgeable about products and intentional with her recommendations. She walked me through a routine, wrote everything down, and demonstrated the skincare on my hand so I knew how to use them. I appreciated that she kept my routine simple and didn’t try to give me unnecessary things. I left with a four skincare products, all packaged nicely. She even sprayed one of their colognes I enjoyed on my bag so I could sample it throughout the day. Highly recommend visiting this Aesop location and working with Eliana!

Starting to become a fan of this brand, this is my third excellent experience in a row. First in my home city Washington DC, then in Paris and now here. Aesop is very expensive but lasts a long time seeing I don't need very much of it. This store smelled amazing and had a great layout with a lot of plants. So many tester products which were nice. The smell of the products are both bold and subtle. I appreciate the staff member who helped me find the tester face lotion I tried out in Paris alone with some beard balm. She was extremely helpful, even giving me a few more samples.

this store specifically is really bad, will not accept any returns for any reason, will direct you to go to another store to make the return. After a few tries, an employee told me they wouldn’t do it because it will hurt their metrics. Really terrible customer service.
