The staff at this store is so incredibly kind. I’ve been into several Aesop locations, and this one by far shines when it comes to customer service. After our last Aesop experience in SoHo with a condescending sales associate, we were almost turned off from the brand; then we passed this location and decided to stop in. After some friendly assistance, we ended up buying a new bar of soap, and tried some hand balms with plans to buy after we finish our current bottle.

Went into Aesop in Greenwich to quickly pick up a holiday gift with my wife and what we received was a fabulous experience from Debra and Allison. They both were extremely inviting and knowledgeable they explained the products that were in the gift set in which I originally came in to purchase , and again my intent was to come in and purchase 1 gift set for a coworker. To our surprise they took us through a session where we were able to actually try the products that I was going to purchase, and all I can say is that after that treatment, I was impressed on how effective the treatment was to my hand that I had to have it for myself as well. I ended up purchasing 3 sets and a single bottle of oil. The experience was something I’ve never experienced when shopping for items similar to these.

This store is incredible. Every time I came here I felt welcomed, especially with the slightly older lady with glasses. She is amazing.

Ok. I admit it. I love Aesop products. They are crazy expensive and maybe not worth the cost but I use them all the time. I bought some soap and conditioner at this location. Some scents are more subtle than the others. So pick what you like. I am disappointed that they have discontinued the 200 ml size and now only sell 500 ml and 100 ml sizes. Best of all, I use the hand lotion all the time. It does great things for them.
