Aesop Georgetown

Such a lovely experience at Aesop! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the products in detail, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I felt very welcomed and appreciated the personalized attention. Even if you’re just browsing, it’s worth stopping in for the great service and calm, inviting atmosphere.

Christina and Carolyn were super friendly, and most importantly professional, they really know their stuff and made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. It’s actually my third time coming back, and I’ll definitely keep coming here. Love this store and the team!

Just had a totally redeeming experience with the service from the two associates at the Georgetown Aesop, compared to how my husband and I were treated at the Tysons Aesop. Both associates were super kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The store was clean and organized, asked some questions and then made our purchase. There was a promotion and we received a free sample gift set that was very nicely presented! Great products and wonderful when the service matches the quality of their products. Will come to Georgetown from now on!

For a luxury store, customer service was disappointing + makes me never wanna come back to this location. I’ve enjoyed Aesop products for years but recently purchased a defective product which broke during use — I came in to ask if a replacement or discount for a new one was possible, and while one of the young women working was very kind, another male worker (maybe a manager?) came and was so condescending and belittling. Felt really unwelcome!

rude! To the sells agent here! Dude you are not working in a luxury store or whatever ! You are a decent hand lotion brand if anything! don’t be so condescending! I was trying the hand lotion and the sells person just grab it out from my hand to give it to another customer without even asking, ignoring me the whole time!
