I’ve been twice and Suzette is absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and talented. She made me look and feel amazing. Ali Dee did a wonderful job on m haircut. She listened to exactly what I wanted AND actually did it! Appreciate the friendly staff. They are all so kind. I’ll be back.

I am leaving a 5-star review only because we don’t want our experience with one individual to negatively affect the incredible staff and service providers at this spa. Unfortunately, the receptionist (I don’t know her name, dark straight hair and glasses) is the primary reason my wife and I did not renew our memberships and will not be returning. After the spa changed software, our membership was not renewed. When my wife respectfully brought this up, the receptionist was extremely rude and attempted to gaslight my wife into believing the issue was her fault. Tracy, the esthetician who had just performed my wife’s facial, personally witnessed this interaction. Julie was very welcoming and it was such a relaxing massage! I loved the space and the reception area was clean and inviting. My massage was just what I needed for my tired muscles and she made sure to concentrate on my problem areas. Definitely coming back!

Ali Dee always gives me the best haircut. She is funny and friendly and a pleasure to work with. She manages to make my basic haircut ( I think it's basic 🙂) look different every time and I love that.

Spa is lovely, Bethany is wonderful. But be aware the website prices are not accurate. My $110 facial was actually $130 when I checked out and I was told "someone was working on updating the website". I warned a friend that goes there often and she said had the same issue with a massage the day before. Call to confirm pricing!
