Advanced Styling

I have been seeing Shanna at Advanced Styling for approximately 20 years. I can always count on her to make good decisions for my hair and for me. Yesterday I decided to try a "topper". I am so glad I did! Shanna colored/toned it to match my actual hair color perfectly! I am extremely happy with the results! By the way the topper is so easy to put on, no slipping and it can be washed/dried cut and styled just like your own hair. I love it!!

Best extensions I’ve ever had!!!! Shanna Nicole extensions are very good quality.soft and silky. I’ve had them in for 8 months and they are still like new. She does a great job with the application and they are secure I haven’t lost a single extension with daily styling. I wash and blow dry them like regular hair. I feel so glamorous with them, totally worth it!

For prom my daughter went to get her hair done at Kalla Lily in Maple Grove (advanced was booked solid) they messed her hair up so bad. Even the manager was shocked. My girlfriend called here to see if there was by any chance some time for them to redo it. They were able to get her in and performed a miracle. The first picture is the mess. The second picture is half way thru the fix. I don’t have a picture of the final product but it was phenomenal!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys we will forever be customers here!!!! Me and my daughters come here for regular cuts and colors and have always been great. This was just amazing

Long story short: My eyebrows are Gone! 😠 Never again! I am not quite sure if the lady was in a rush cause she seemed so nice and accommodating from the begging. Haven’t even cleaned my eyebrows before tinting, just brushed them and I had SPF 50 on. Not even that, she was supposed just to clean them up with wax, she pulled the hell out of it ruining their shape and making them so skinny. Now I’m gonna look like Karen with mental issues that picks on her eyebrows for the next few months until they grow back again… I wish my day was ruined, not my eyebrows for the rest of my life… Before and after pictures attached… 😥

Love this salon! It's beautiful. Bonus points for the boutique too! Kayla is my stylist/therapist and has been for over a decade. She's passionate about hair and who's in her chair❣️
