ActivSpace in the Mission

My sincere thanks first and foremost to JAMIE for taking such good care of the ACTIVSPACE building. We are always well attended to, and whenever we have any difficulties, she is always ready to help us. The building, both inside and out, is always well-organized and clean. The garage is always well-maintained, with excellent lighting and cleanliness. The bathrooms on all floors are always clean and smell nice. I feel very safe in this building. For me, it's one of the best buildings in the area.

Jaimie is truly exceptional! As our building manager, she goes above and beyond every single day to make sure the property is clean, safe, and well cared for. She’s proactive, attentive, and always one step ahead when it comes to maintaining the building and supporting residents. Beyond her professionalism, Jaimie has a wonderful way of cultivating a warm, positive sense of community - she makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. We’re so lucky to have her managing our building and can’t say enough great things about her!

TOP NOTCH! FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE MANAGEMENT! Yo, seriously, the second I hit up Luis, I felt like the MVP. Do you appreciate non-stop, super smooth follow-ups and genuinely helpful tips? That's just the standard here, and it hasn't dipped, even a month in. I scoped out the other spots nearby, but ActivSpace? Nah, this is the Hyatt. The rest are straight-up Motel 6 vibes. Yeah, it might cost a tiny bit more, but it is SO worth the splurge! The building and the bathrooms (on every floor, no less!) are always mint. But get this: I've got my own cold sink right in my space! Plus, there's on-site security, an elevator, 24/7 access, parking and management is always right there—or just a quick text away. Rented for 6 months, they kept my entire security deposit + charged me extra for “damage,” despite the fact that I didn’t do anything to the space, didn’t even put things up on the walls. Building management was great up until this point. I wouldn’t rent from them again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to, you may not get your security deposit back. Ended up filing in small claims court for my deposit. EDIT: i won

I’ve been renting here for a year+ and aside from having an affordable art space in a great location I have to note that Jaime has truly upped the morale here at ActivSpace since she’s been in charge! All of my needs are met in a timely manner and I am overall very satisfied with my experience here. A great place to work if you’re looking for an art studio or a space for your small business!
