ActivSpace in Fremont

Amazing place for us to call our work shop. Richard has been an excellent host as well. We love it.

Building facilities are clean and well maintained but the workspace was poorly refurbished by their contractors. Fixtures were loose and water pressure extremely low. Manager will make assumptions and omit/ignore details in attempts to cheat you with fees on move out. You can do better.

This is a great place for, startups, entrepreneurs, musicians and artist of all kinds. The managers at both the Fremont (Maria) and Ballard (Richard) location, are excellent and very committed to taking care of their tenants.

I was highly disappointed when I called to ask about an extra space, they just plain wernt interested in anything that I had to offer. I fail to see how renting an activespace has anything to do with their approval. If my dream is to have a butterfly farm, why do I need their approval if I'm paying for space. This is absolutely ridiculous. Richard, the guy on the phone didn't even want to hear the details reguarding my business idea before he was ready to hang up the phone. Richard I give you one star. Thanks for being one more brick in the wall that holds me back from my dreams.

I love my little Atelier..Fremont is such a wonderful neighborhood. I feel safe.
