Acacia Nails

Cute French nails, the middle finger was loose underneath and eventually peeled off a week later. I did surf and swim in the ocean but quality nails still shouldn’t peel. The lady doing my nails was super accommodating tho!

I love this place. Whenever I call, even last minute, Cindy works with my schedule to squeeze me in as quickly as possible. They even opened an hour early on Saturday just to squeeze me in. The Acacia team is personable and accommodating. Suring one visit, Kevin took the time to give me an extended foot massage because I had lingering pain from an ankle injury. And you can't beat the price. I tip half the cost for a peticure, and the total still comes out to be less than most other nail salons. The place is also incredibly clean and sanitary. I rarely write reviews but I've gone here since I moved to NC in 2022, and I stand by everything in this review. Only negative, I wish they had more nail technicians because of how popular this place is.

Husband and I wanted a pedicure. Drove from Siler City because this one was opened on Sunday. All signs and online stated walk in clearly welcomed. At first he said he could none of us then said one then when I said well just do my husband he was like nah. Refused service and said he was leaving after his next appointment. Hours were posted 10-7. This was at 1:45. Only one guy was working. He did asked if we wanted an appointment. Definitely won't be back.

I used to love going to this married couple when they had their small shop. They would take their time with your nails but my recent visit wasn’t such a good experience. He soaked my feet for 10 minutes and worked on them for less than 5 min. I could have did that at home. The lady rushed on my nails and every nail is lumpy and had bubbles in the polish. I was hoping for the service they used to give before so I was very disappointed. Had to go to the nail place in Siler City to have them fix my nails for me.

1st time there. Absolutely horrible customer service. I made the mistake of choosing a dip color instead of an ACRYLIC AND DIP.. and the woman berated me to a client sitting next to me.. and then after I picked the correct color that WAS for ACRYLIC.. she tried to tell me I picked the wrong one, and I showed her that, in fact, it DID say ACRYLIC, and her response was, "Oh, maybe so. ".. and then proceeded to do a TERRIBLE job with my nails.. forgetting to filling the sides to the point that I had to ask her multiple time to fix them.. I left without even continuing.. NEVER GOING BACK
