A1 Nails

What I can't stand is a nail shop treating you as if you are disposable. I came in very polite and quiet as always. I disnt go to my nail tech because I was in the area near this shop. I always get the same shape and my nails NEVER break or come off. In 15 years plus never had a nail break. I get my nails done here and 2 days later my nail broke off. I came in to get it fixed and was met with rudeness, Peter(or whatever his name is) being argumentative and trying to blame me. No accountability or apology but proceeds to be nasty to me and tells me I can never come back. As if I wanted to anyways. I was kicked out because he told me the stiletto shape will always break lol and I told him this is the only shape I get and its never happened. Horrible service from horrible people. I will be r

I come to the shop when I don’t feel like going to my main shop because it’s 30 mins from the house & today I realized I will take my chances and the drive to my shop for quality service and experiences.. PETER/PETE is so rude and doesn’t take constructive criticism well. I came in for a fill in and asked him to fill in the spaces he missed and for another shape which wasn’t anything crazy. He basically told me that if I didn’t like his services I could go somewhere else. Ever since the old owners left and they came in and took over, the service has been TRASH! I will NEVER come to this shop again after today & will gladly tell everybody not to come to the shop and hopefully they don’t make a DIME! The shop is almost always empty anyway so it shouldn’t take long as long as Peter is sitting

My favorite salon… beautiful work and everyone is very nice! The only place I go now. You won’t be disappointed

Love, Love, Love the entire family….I’ve never felt more at home at a nail shop. Hospitality is amazing. You’re offered drinks and just made to feel comfortable. Peter “P” as I call him. My nails and shape are always bomb. P is gonna fit me in whenever I need to get my nails done and he’s going to get me right each and every time. “Ma” gets these feet’s together. She gets down to business on your feet. “Pops” is so cool and collected. He fixed a nail for me the other day and went above and beyond a nail fix and polish change. “Sis”, Peter’s fiancé is the most gentle sweetest soul. I love her energy and gentle touch. I’ve recommended my family to them and we absolutely love them. Big difference from the last owners. Thank you guys for the amazing service….Key

Had to go back in two days to have my nails and toes totally redone. The polish was terrible and peeling off at first. When I came back, they did accommodate me pretty quickly with no issues.
