Even with my trouble areas you can't even see where the breakage is. You can truly tell that you love your craft and I just want you to know that you ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY you charge. What can I say? Crystal is amazing! She installed my sisterlocks 3 weeks ago and did a great job! Meeting her for my consultation did not feel like my first time meeting her. I felt like I had known her for years. She is so sweet and welcoming. She is so informative about the loc journey. I'm so glad that I found her. I know that my locs will be in great hands.

Let me just say ... OMG!!! I went to this salon this morning for a sisterlock consultation and can't wait to go back in 6 weeks to have my first retie. The atmosphere has already been set to be peaceful, calm, soothing, and positive. The young lady who is going to do my hair is Tiffany and she has such a welcoming and soothing personality, tone, and touch. The owner, Crystal, was there doing a client. If she was not introduced to me as the owner, I would not have known, simply because she was so humble and approachable. Some owners of salons that I have met have been so uptight and 'stank', Crystal has shown me what a TRUE and PROPER owner of a salon looks and acts like. I have not even had an official service yet and I am already so appreciative and excited about this experience!

Thanking God for sending me to Loc Symmetry. Crystal's work ethic is one in a million. I would say her hands are the chosen ones. Her work is exquisite. I love my sister locs very detailed and neat. Crystal is very professional, has an amazing spirit and her family dynamic is phenomenal. I loved all our mind-provoking conversations we had. So glad I waited to get my sister locks until after meeting Crystal. I couldn't think of a better person who I would trust for my installation. Thanks Crystal and God bless.

I just recently attended and completed the Grid Academy. This class was just what I was looking for and what I needed. Crystal is a phenomenal teacher. She is gracious, patient, kind and willing to share the wealth of knowledge that she has attained throughout her career. I was blown away by this class and grateful for the information and materials provided. I highly recommend Loc Symmetry and the Grid Academy!
