I’ve been a client of Tony’s for a few months. The haircuts for me were decent, though my other sons were unhappy and stopped going. What ultimately ended it for me wasn’t the haircut — it was the customer service and the double standard. On multiple occasions, Tony ran 20–25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I’m a reasonable person and understand delays happen, but this became a pattern. The last time, I had to leave because waiting any longer would have made me late for my next commitment.
