Pro: These guys clearly do a good job. They are friendly, take their time, have happy customers, and are consistently booked out with appointments. Con: They state walk-ins welcome and will tell you they will squeeze you in-between appointments. But then they will be booked solid for hours with reservations. Their reviews are full of experiences of people waiting an hour or more and never getting a haircut (see: this was my experience). If they were more forthcoming with their availability, this would likely be a five star review. Takeaway: Get a reservation and you'll probably get a great haircut. If you try to walk in, you'll wait forever and probably never get in.

Old school barbershop feel to it. Good conversation. Not a whole lot of cussing and fussing, especially in the presence of women and children. Barbers educate you on life experience, how to groom and maintain your hair, ask you about your kids, ans shoot the breeze. Definitely high quality barbers with good character. Nowhere is perfect, but it's cool being at Sharper Image. They will make you look good and feel good about your choice to go.

I have been getting my hair cut there since 1989. My barber is Mike. I have always called for an appointment. Either Mike is already waiting for me (and I'm usually on time) or just finishing a client. He knows my hair and I need no instructions. The finished cut is Always perfect. I get compliments from friends and strangers alike. It is a very clean shop. Since Covid, of course, they practice the prevention rules by wiping down the chairs for each customer. I am now a woman of 73 years and all the barbers have always treated me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend A Sharper Image to all men, women and childten to have their hair professionally cut and shaped here!

Worst Barbershop I have been to in my entire life. Let me start by saying that I've been to plenty of great barber shops in my neighborhood and have never had an experience like this before. I walked in this barbershop as it was close to my neighborhood and thought to give it a try. I came in and sat down and waited for my turn. I realized these guys like to take their time so I knew I was in for a wait. In the meantime other folks started walking after me. I had told them that any one of them would be okay to cut my hair, I was just waiting for the next available person. So after everyone before me was done, they started calling folks who came after me: 1 guy, then the second guy, then the third guy, then the fourth guy, and finally a guy walked in and immediately sat in the empty chai

Been getting my hair cut by Mike from the age of 15. 19 years in and I haven't switched. There's a reason. These guys are great! If you get a chance, check out the shop. Make an appointment. They're usually busy.
