A Mirror's Image

So disappointed and will tell every friend of mine not to go. Waited 3 months for the appointment and got there early, still had me waited 20 mins which is fine. Do not waist your time, I went for balayage, said my hair was too dry to bleach, which is also fine. Then I asked her to do a cold brown. I bleached my hair 4 months ago and my hair still looks in a cold colour tone because I've maintained it carefully and used purple shampoo every time I wash it. DID NOT SHOW ANY EFFORTS to help me with choosing the colour I want. The whole "consultation" process was only 5 minutes and very disrespectful!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and nice people. Clean and well kept. The owner Tammy was so nice, gave me exactly what I asked for, and was very enjoyable to chat with. Will be back!

Tammy did an absolutely fabulous job on my hair. I love the color, the cut, and the style! I was at "A Mirror's Image" again yesterday. I'm always happy with my hair when Tammy finishes. She is the expert.

With COVID still going on they are extremely Professional and very very clean they only allow so many people in there at a time they’re very strict with the rules very amazing place to go and get your hair done. And the staff is amazingly friendly

Rena gave my wife the exact haircut she asked for. Great place with great people! Highly recommend!
