Javen Laustrup Lashes

Very sweet and kind girl! Salon was super clean and nice ambience of music and comfort. Only thing I will say and this is not at all being rude or any hate towards this kind gal, but if you are looking for long dramatic lashes I’d recommend other techs! If you like more of a natural look this girl is for you! I asked for Brazilian volume as stated on her website and the picture to what I received weren’t at all the same length, wispiness or volume style! She removed my former lashes from my other technician I used to drive 2 hours for… so I assumed seeing the dramatic lashes I had she’d try to match the best she could to what I used to have. other than that I had very lovely conversations and she did offer to take some off to add longer ones but I had already been there since 3pm and didn’

I have known Javen for a while now and I have been able to watch her blossom into an amazing professional with an absolute talent and passion for what she does! Her beauty space suits her perfectly. Not only does she really take the time to find the perfect type of lashes for her client, but she really maps out exactly where the lashes should sit on the eye. I booked with this salon weeks ago and then tried to cancel 24 hours beforehand because of an issue with my skin. I wasn’t able to do so online so I contacted the business the next morning and was told that based on the policy I would be charged a fee of $50 despite calling. In fact my account was charged the full amount and I was rudely informed “this is a business.” Perhaps the owner should consider that a business is accountable to customers and should be flexible and responsive rather than rude and dismissive. I would not recommend booking with Javen unless you are willing to pay full price regardless of unforeseen circumstances. Very disappointing.

Javen is amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so knowledgeable, sweet, and professional. Her space is clean and absolutely gorgeous, making the whole experience even better. My lashes turned out perfect, and I can’t wait for our journey together! She knew exactly what I needed for my eye shape! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new lash tech!

I absolutely love my lashes! I was seeing a previous lash technician, my lashes were so thin and sparse due to layering lashes on top of one another I’d have lashes come out in clumps. To say Javen saved them is an understatement. I have no more sticky thin lashes with a beautiful volume look. I get compliments 24/7 about them. I couldn’t be happier. If you wanna enhance your natural beauty I’d go to this women right here she definitely knows what she’s doing!
