I had signed up to be a practice model for laser hair removal for a provider to practice and build her skills. Unfortunately the provider is no longer with this company. After I was told the provider was no longer with their practice I was scheduled with another provider which they seemed to be okay with at first, turns out the communication is poor and my appointment was canceled 1.5 hours before. The front desk (Carly)that called was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I was a little intimidated when I started looking into skincare and injectables but the professional staff here are so friendly and personable it really made the experience something I look forward to. I've never felt more welcomed in a facility such as this one. If you've ever thought about any of the services they offer please go see them you won't be disappointed
