A-1 Designer Hair & Nail

These girls are great! I never have problems with my nails lifting or breaking. The pedicures are also wonderful! There are only two ladies that work here so there might be a wait sometimes but it's worth it in my opinion! Other nail salons in the area don't compare to their quality or their prices.

It was the first time I went to this place and the guy that did my nails RUSHED! I started bleeding on one and my nails didn't come out good at all. My mom got her nails done with a lady that was also there, her nails were better and she was really nice. That's the only reason I gave two stars.

My sister and I stopped here, there was a woman and man running the shop. The woman started my sister's pedi and the man my mani. The woman took great care with my sister, seeing to the smallest detail. However, the man rushed through my mani as if he were late for an appointment. He didn't even push back my cuticles or use cuticle cream. He did nearly cut off all my cuticles leaving them and the surrounding skin flaky and irritated. When he applied the polish it ran down into my nail beds. Upon drying it lifted away from my skin causing ragged edges that I had to file away in order to keep them from catching on everything, especially my hair. My suggestion is, if you walk in and the man goes to work on your nails. Request the woman, if she's unavailable go back another day. Or, go somewh

I called and made an appointment for TWO people. Appt. was set for 9:30. We arrived on time and no one was there, the shop wasn't even opened yet (even though their hours say they open at 9). After waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes, someone finally showed up. I went in and told her I had an appt at 9:30, she acted like she had no idea, and told me that someone else would be there shortly so we could both get done at the same time. That was a lie, NO ONE else ever showed up, and she kept making excuses. So she was rushing back and forth between my sister & I trying to do our shellac manicures & pedicures, not to mention ALL the other ppl that walked in. TERRIBLE paint job and service.
